The staff was very approachable! Zoey greeted me warmly and offered tips for local food. Cody at night was lovely and remembered my preferences. The rooms were nice and neat.
I found no mirror in the bedroom. There was no outlet in the bathroom, it was inconvenient! The towels and sheets had stains. I requested new towels, they were also stained. The lighting in the room was dim. One light flickered.

The lemongrass aroma diffuser was very strong. I realized the room smelled moldy when I turned it off. I also saw multiple stains on the sheet. I doubted it had been changed after the last guest.

They ensured I was comfortable . I even extended my stay by an extra night! When I moved onto Hoi An, they hand-wrote me a list of recommendations. The hotel was beautifully presented, I only wished the weather was warmer to use the pool.
There was no mirror in the bedroom and also no outlet in the bathroom so I could not see myself as I used appliances. I brought this up with the staff, but nothing was achieved there.

The check-in staff offered personal recommendations for local spots, which I found helpful. They spoke English fluently and willingly answered all my questions. I felt very welcomed. The handwritten letter with restaurant suggestions was a charming personal touch!!!

The pool was very clean. I noticed the rooms facing the inner courtyard even had a pond. This pond was filled with active Koi fish, that was fun to watch. Breakfast had a nice choice of dishes.

The staff helped me book a tour quickly. Their laundry service was also fine.
The pool was freezing. It was not heated and got no sun during the day (that's a shame). There was just enough hot water for one shower, then a 30-minute wait to reheat it for the next person. Each room has its own very small hot water tank, seems like bad planning.
