clean room comfortable room approachable staff stained towel poor lighting missing mirror
The staff was very approachable! Zoey greeted me warmly and offered tips for local food. Cody at night was lovely and remembered my preferences. The rooms were super clean and cozy.
I found no mirror in the bedroom. There was no outlet in the bathroom, it was inconvenient! The towels and sheets had stains. I requested new towels, they were also stained. The lighting in the room was dim. One light flickered.

moldy room stained sheet
The lemongrass aroma diffuser was very strong. I realized the room smelled moldy when I turned it off. I also saw multiple stains on the sheet. I doubted it had been changed after the last guest.

Really good Service and Great Location!

They ensured I was comfortable . I even extended my stay by an extra night! When I moved onto Hoi An, they hand-wrote me a list of recommendations. The hotel was beautifully presented, I only wished the weather was warmer to use the pool.
There was no mirror in the bedroom and also no outlet in the bathroom so I could not see myself as I used appliances. I brought this up with the staff, but nothing was achieved there.

The check-in staff offered personal recommendations for local spots, which I found helpful. They spoke English fluently and willingly answered all my questions. I felt very welcomed. The handwritten letter with restaurant suggestions was a charming personal touch!!!

The pool was very clean. I noticed the rooms facing the inner courtyard even had a pond. This pond was filled with active Koi fish, that was fun to watch. Breakfast had a nice choice of dishes.

i found the breakfast varied and great. all the super nice team and friendly. they were really attentive.
the shower's hot water ran out fast. the shower then became cold. i had to take a very quick shower.

cold pool poor hot water
The staff helped me book a tour quickly. Their laundry service was also fine.
The pool was freezing. It was not heated and got no sun during the day (that's a shame). There was just enough hot water for one shower, then a 30-minute wait to reheat it for the next person. Each room has its own very small hot water tank, seems like bad planning.
